Western Brewer Journals Digital Archives The Journey has begun to view 85 years of Western Brewer Journals! The Western Brewer Journals from 1876 to 1880 are available on the Library website. The Journals from 1881 through 1885 will be on the website by June 2018. To access, you'll need to be an ABA Member and have either donated to the project or paid an additional subscription fee. You can access the Journals here. If you would like to subscribe, you can do so on the online renewal page, or contact the ABA Executive Director at director@americanbreweriana.org. The Beer Institute in Washington, D. C. loaned the National Brewery Museum Library their rare collection of Western Brewer Journals from 1876 to 1922 and 1933 to 1947 to archive. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for ABA to gain access to complete years of rare Brewing Industry Journals. There are only 4 known complete sets, 3 in libraries and 1 in a private collection.
